What is Karl-Anthony Towns’ injury?

Towns pulled up grabbing his right leg as he made his way back down the court, in what appeared to be a non-contact leg injury. 

Shortly after he left the game for good and was diagnosed with a right calf strain. 

Towns entered the game averaging 21.4 points, 8.5 rebounds and 5.3 assists on 50.8 percent shooting from the field.

How long will Karl-Anthony Towns be out?

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reported the night of Towns’ injury that there was “early optimism that he might have avoided a substantial injury.” Imaging the next day revealed a right calf strain, which is expected to sideline Towns for four-to-six weeks.
